A1-Hakim bin Amr AI-Ghifari narrated that: The Prophet forbade that a man should perform Wudu with the leftover (water) from a woman's purifcation. Or, he said: from her drinking.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ،‏‏‏‏ وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَاجِبٍ يُحَدِّثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِيِّ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ ،‏‏‏‏ أَوْ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ بِسُؤْرِهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَسَنٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو حَاجِبٍ اسْمُهُ:‏‏‏‏ سَوَادَةُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ ،‏‏‏‏ وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ فِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ

حکم بن عمرو غفاری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے عورت کے وضو سے بچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو کو منع فرمایا ہے، یا فرمایا: عورت کے جھوٹے سے وضو کرے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن ہے، ۲- اور محمد بن بشار اپنی حدیث میں کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا کہ مرد عورت کے وضو سے بچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو کرے ۱؎، اور محمد بن بشار نے اس روایت میں - «أو بسؤرها» والا شک بیان نہیں کیا ۲؎۔

Ibn Abbas narrated: One of the wives of the Prophet performed Ghusl with a bowl. Allah's Messenger wanted to perform Wudu with it, so she said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Indeed I am ]unub.' So he said: 'Indeed, water does not become Junub.'

Abu Sa'eed AI-Khudri narrated: It was said, 'O Allah's Messenger! Shall we use the water of Buda'ah well to perform ablution while it is a well in which menstruation rags, flesh of dogs and the putrid are dumped? Allah's Messenger said: 'Indeed water is pure, nothing makes it impure.'

Ibn Umar narrated: I heard AlIah's Messenger while he was being asked about water in open areas of the land, and predators and beasts come to it. He said: 'So Allah's Messenger said: 'When the water is two Qullah it does not carry filth.'

Abu Hurairah narrated that : the Prophet said: Let none of you urinate [in still water, then perform Wudu with it. 1

Abu Hurairah narrated: A man asked Allah's Messenger 'O Messenger of Allah! We sail the seas, and we only carry a little water with us. If we use it for Wudu then we will go thirsty. So shall we perform Wudu from the (water of the) sea?' Allah's Messenger said: 'Its water is pure, and its dead are lawful.'

Ibn Abbas narrated: The Prophet passed by two graves. He said: 'These two are being punished. And they are not being punished for something major. As for this one, he would not protect himself from his urine. As for this one, he used to spread Namimah (slander).'
