It was narrated that Abu Musa said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'The believers are like a building they support one another.' And he said: The trustworthy storekeeper who gives that which he has been commanded to give, and is happy with what he is doing, is one of the two giving charity. '

أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَدِّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ الْمُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْبُنْيَانِ يَشُدُّ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا . (حديث مرفوع) (حديث موقوف) وَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ الْخَازِنُ الْأَمِينُ الَّذِي يُعْطِي مَا أُمِرَ بِهِ طَيِّبًا بِهَا نَفْسُهُ أَحَدُ الْمُتَصَدِّقَيْنِ .

ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”مومن، مومن کے لیے عمارت کی طرح ہے جس کا ایک حصہ دوسرے حصے کو مضبوط کرتا ہے“، نیز فرمایا: ”امانت دار خازن جو خوش دلی سے وہ چیز دے جس کا اسے حکم دیا گیا ہو تو وہ بھی صدقہ دینے والوں میں سے ایک ہے“۔

It was narrated from Salim bin 'Abdullah that his father said: The Messenger of Allah said: There are three at whom Allah will not look on the Day of Resurrection: The one who disobeys his parents, the woman who imitates men in her outward appearance, and the cuckold. And there are three who will not enter Paradise: The one who disobeys his parents, the drunkard, and the one who reminds people of what he has given them. '

It was narrated from Abu Dharr that the Prophet said: There are three to whom Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, or look at them, or sanctify them, and theirs will be a painful torment. The Messenger of Allah repeated and Abu Dharr said: May they be lost and doomed. He said: The one who lets his garment hang beneath his ankles, a vendor who tries to sell his product by means of false oaths, and the one who reminds people of what he has given them.

Bahz bin Hakim narrated from his father that his grandfather said: No man comes to his Mawla and asks him for something from the surplus of what he has, and he withholds it from him, but on the Day of Resurrection a bald-headed Shuja'a [1] will be called to him and will be licking the surplus that he withheld.
