It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that: The Prophet said to Hasan: O Allah, I love him, so love him and love those who love him. He said: And he hugged him to his chest.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏نَبَّأَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْحَسَنِ:‏‏‏‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحِبُّهُ فَأَحِبَّهُ وَأَحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَضَمَّهُ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ .

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حسن رضی اللہ عنہ کے بارے میں فرمایا: اے اللہ! میں اس سے محبت کرتا ہوں تو بھی اس سے محبت کر، اور اس سے بھی محبت کر جو اس سے محبت کرے ۱؎۔ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ فرما کر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کو اپنے سینے سے لگا لیا۔

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever loves Hasan and Husain, loves me; and whoever hates them, hates me.'

It was narrated from Sa'eed bin Abu Rashid that Ya'la bin Murrah told them that: They had gone out with the Prophet to a meal to which they had been invited, and Husain was there playing in the street. The Prophet came in front of the people and stretched out his hands, and the child started to run here and there. The Prophet made him laugh until he caught him, then he put one hand under his chin and the other on his head and kissed him, and said, Husain is part of me and I am part of him. It was narrated that Zaid bin Arqam said: The Messenger of Allah said to 'Ali, Fatimah, Hasan and Husain: 'I am peace for those with whom you make peace, and I am war for those with whom you make war.'
