Translation

Arabic, english and urdu

It was narrated from Hisham bin ‘Amir that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Dig the grave deep, make it spacious and prepare it well.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الدَّهْمَاءِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْهِشَامِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ احْفِرُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَوْسِعُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْسِنُوا .

ہشام بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: قبر کو خوب کھودو، اسے کشادہ اور اچھی بناؤ ۔
