Abdullah said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The most decent of the people in killing are the people of faith.”
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ شِبَاكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ مِنْ أَعَفِّ النَّاسِ قِتْلَةً أَهْلَ الْإِيمَانِ .
عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلیاللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: قتل کے مسئلہ میں اہل ایمان سب سے زیادہ پاکیزہ اور بہتر ہیں ۱؎۔
