Translation

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “On one occasion the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent sheep to the House, and he garlanded them.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْالْأَسْوَدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ أَهْدَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّةً غَنَمًا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَلَّدَهَا .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک بار بیت اللہ کی طرف ہدی کے لیے بکریاں بھیجیں، تو آپ نے ان کے گلے میں بھی قلادہ ( پٹہ ) ڈال کر بھیجا۔
