Abu Umamah Al-Bahili said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘My Lord has promised me that seventy thousand of my nation will enter Paradise without being brought to account or punished. With every thousand will be (another) seventy thousand, and three handfuls of my Lord, the Glorified.’”
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ،‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْأَلْهَانِيُّ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ الْبَاهِلِيَّ،‏‏‏‏ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،‏‏‏‏ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ وَعَدَنِي رَبِّي سُبْحَانَهُ أَنْ يُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا،‏‏‏‏ لَا حِسَابَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا عَذَابَ،‏‏‏‏ مَعَ كُلِّ أَلْفٍ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا وَثَلَاثُ حَثَيَاتٍ مِنْ حَثَيَاتِ رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ .
ابوامامہ باہلی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا: میرے رب ( سبحانہ و تعالیٰ ) نے مجھ سے وعدہ کیا ہے کہ وہ میری امت میں سے ستر ہزار لوگوں کو جنت میں داخل کرے گا، نہ ان کا حساب ہو گا، اور نہ ان پر کوئی عذاب، ہر ہزار کے ساتھ ستر ہزار ہوں گے، اور ان کے سوا میرے رب عزوجل کی مٹھیوں میں سے تین مٹھیوں کے برابر بھی ہوں گے ۔

It was narrated from Bahz bin Hakim, from his father, that his grandfather said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘On the Day of Resurrection, we will complete seventy nations, of whom we are the last and the best.’”

Then it will be said: “Raise your heads, for a certain number of you will go to Hell-fire and these will be your ransom from Hell.”*

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “This nation has been granted mercy (in the Hereafter) and its torment (in this world) is at the hands of one another. When the Day of Resurrection comes, each Muslim man will be given a man from among the idolaters and it will be said: ‘This is your ransom from the Fire.’”
